Cannot start notebook until after tearing down

Error! Cannot start until source notebook ne0yimwj has finished tearing down.
1.) I clicked stop on graident notebook.
2.) waited a bit to work on other things.
3.) clicked start notebook
- received error
Error! Cannot start until source notebook ne0yimwj has finished tearing down.
4.) clear my cache
-tried again same error
5.) logged out and back in
-tried starting again same error
I dont want to delete notebook hope there is another way to start the notebook

Sorry everyone's experiencing this, and also for the long-delayed response. Could you please email support@paperspace.com and share the notebook ID/handle for this going forward? We are deprecating this Canny board!
